Outlook functionality is linked to the Knowledge Management System and permanently saved.

KMS Products

KMS Desktop is easy to use and affordable enough for company-wide deployment to team members and executives. Team members can work on an individual part of a project in KMS Desktop, then roll up projects to KMS Professional for analysis and reporting. Executives can use KMS Desktop to view project summaries.

KMS Professional gives managers vital tools in a single package, including advanced resource management with resource scheduling and modeling across multiple projects in an MS Exchange client/server environment. KMS Professional enables managers to edit data in all views, providing flexibility in viewing information and generating highly customized reports and spreadsheets quickly. KMS Professional also allows the sharing of resource pools, calendars, files and report templates across multiple projects, and allows inter-project relationships to be created and managed easily.

KMS Enterprise, which contains the features of KMS Professional, integrates with other applications, forming a suite that automatically disseminates project data throughout an organization. This enhances control over project management planning and implementation.
